The Vox Power VCCM600 series is a configurable ACDC that is conduction cooled and combines the advantages of a modular power supply with the high reliability of a fan-less architecture. Silent, it delivers 600 watts in steady state and up to 750 watts peak for 5 seconds, in a robust package and with relatively small dimensions of only 10 x 18 x 4 cm. The VCCM600 represents the most advanced power solution for demanding industrial or medical applications, where reliability and very low noise levels are very important.
The VCCM600 Series can be used for conduction, convection or forced air cooling depending on the application, so it can be used anywhere – from controlled atmosphere environments to industrial premises with difficult operating conditions. To create the desired configuration, 4 different DC modules can be used (or SLOT: OPA, OPB, OPC and OPD) with isolated output voltage that can be set from 1.5Vdc to 58Vdc; each SLOT delivers a maximum of 150 W. The modules (SLOT) are then assembled to the main body of the power supply (Front-end) so the input AC voltage is converted into the desired DC output voltage from each SLOT. Each module (SLOT) is made only with surface mount components to ensure reliability. Additional features: There is a 5V/1A auxiliary power supply and they are subject to a 5 year warranty.
There are multiple standard functions – full range of output voltage regulation, externally adjustable output voltage and/or output current with the ability to connect outputs in series or parallel. The unique approach to the design and the heat dissipation techniques used allow the power supply to be mounted in almost any orientation, offering greater flexibility in the construction of the mechanics of the equipment on which the power supply will be used.
